Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $70,000-$85,000
LHH is working with a law firm in Seattle to find a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years to support their team of legal professionals.
This person in this role will work in various areas of law, including but not limited to insurance defense, professional liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance coverage defense.
Responsibilities:
- Case management
- Drafting pleadings and discovery
- Conducting investigations
- Interviewing witnesses and experts
- Document review and research
- Collecting and analyzing records
- Trial preparation
- Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience
- Paralegal degree/certificate (highly preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with billable timekeeping
- Working knowledge of state and federal civil rules
- Fully paid premium medical, dental, and vision coverage
- HSA - Employer match of up to $2150 for employee only and $4275 for employee + family annually
- 401K - Employer matches 50% of the first 6% of income employee defers into the plan
- Profit sharing
