Job Ad: Office Administrative in Downtown Seattle
Position: Office Administrative
Location: Downtown Seattle – Walking distance from Westlake Station


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrative to support our client’s busy office. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. This role is fully onsite and in a busy environment. Candidates must be comfortable with providing administrative assistant, filing electronic and physical files, and assisting with inbound/outbound mail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

  • Handle e-filing and document management using our electronic filing system.

  • Manage DocuSign submissions and ensure all documents are properly executed and filed.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.

  • Provide support to various departments as needed.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Experience with e-filing systems and DocuSign is highly preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma: additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.



Pay Details: $23.77 per hour
