Job Title: Open Enrollment Specialist
Location: Seattle, WA
Job Type: Full-Time – Contract 4+Months

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Open Enrollment Specialist to join our Human Resources team.


LHH is actively interviewing Open Enrollment Specialist’s. You will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the open enrollment process for our clients’ employees. You will ensure that employees are well-informed about their benefits options and provide support throughout the enrollment period. This role is contract to assist our clients during Open Enrollment Season.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the annual open enrollment process.

  • Communicate benefits options and enrollment procedures to employees.

  • Assist employees with understanding and selecting their benefits packages.

  • Conduct informational sessions and workshops on benefits programs.

  • Provide one-on-one support to employees with enrollment questions.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.

  • Collaborate with HR and benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits enrollments.

  • Generate and distribute benefits-related materials and documentation.

  • Stay informed about changes in benefits laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on open enrollment.

  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.



Pay Details: $32.69 to $37.01 per hour
