LHH has partnered with a great firm who is looking for a Paralegal to join their team in Seattle, WA!



What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the coordination and management of QSFs and common funds from initiation through final disbursement

  • Maintain accurate audit-ready records and documentation of fund instructions and activities

  • Track funding, invoice payments, and disbursements using spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Audit fund activity to ensure all financial and legal requirements are met

  • Identify and communicate discrepancies to partners and accounting for resolution

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for funding and distribution strategies


What You Bring

  • A strong commitment to protecting individual rights and ensuring legal integrity

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or equivalent experience in fund management

  • Preferred: Experience as a litigation paralegal with project management responsibilities

  • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

  • Quick decision-making skills and responsiveness in high-pressure situations

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in Excel

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders

  • Deadline-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Details

  • Hybrid, 1 day in office per week

  • Full-time, Mon - Fri

  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

  • Parking and Transit stipend

  • Wellness stipend
