Location: Seattle, WA Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) | 30-day in-office onboarding
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 + Billable Bonus
Experience Required: 10+ years
LHH is working with an established litigation team specializing in high-end construction and real estate matters, seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to support a defense-side practice representing general contractors and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys on trial
- Draft and manage litigation documents, discovery, and trial prep
- Manage large volumes of data using Relativity software
- Work closely with senior attorneys on active trial desks
- Maintain high standards for document accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with two lead attorneys and an associate
- 10+ years litigation paralegal experience (preferably in construction, commercial, real estate, or PI)
- Experience supporting trial-heavy caseloads
- Proficiency with Relativity and other litigation tech tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure
- Billable Bonus: 10% bonus for every 10% billed over the 1400-hour requirement
- Hybrid Flexibility: After 30 days in office
- Commuter Benefits: $200/month (car, light rail, or bus)
- Healthcare: 100% paid M/D/V; 50% for dependents; multiple plan options with HSA contributions
- 401(k) & Profit Sharing: Eligible after 6 months; 10% of salary contribution
- PTO: 17 days + holidays
