LHH is partnering with a financial services company to identify a part-time accounting professional for their team. This temporary to hire position is fully in-office in downtown Seattle but the company does compensate for parking. You will have the chance to do a variety of tasks in the accounting department and will be asked to contribute wherever they need help. You will work directly with the manager and will be given a lot of mentoring and training. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting experience and be interested in finding stable employment part-time.
Main Tasks:
  • Processing payroll
  • Coding and processing invoices
  • Preparing cash reports and daily deposits
  • Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Filing monthly and quarterly taxes
  • Month end close including adjusting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger
  • Additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least a year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables)
  • Someone who can handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Collaborative and willingness to help with a variety of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
Employment Details:
  • Temporary to hire
  • Part-time hours, 20-25 hours/week
  • Fully onsite in Seattle, WA


Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
