LHH is partnering with a company in the property management industry that is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist for their team. This role will be a contract position while they create some processes that will increase the efficiency of the department. You will handle invoicing, paying vendors, and tracking vendor account statuses. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of AP experience and have previous experience working in a remote setting. This position is fully remote as long as you can work the same time zone as the team which is pacific standard time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices

• Troubleshooting vendor inquiries and updating vendor accounts

• Ensuring payments are made in a timely manner

• Vendor statement reconciliations

• Additional projects as needed

Qualifications:

• At least three years of accounts payable experience

• Previous experience on an ERP software system is preferred

• Ability to function efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Professional communication skills

• High attention to detail

Employment Details:

• Temporary position

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST

• Remote position
