LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a personable Patient Intake and Services Coordinator to support a leading gastroenterology clinic in the Seattle area for a contract role. This is a fantastic opportunity for healthcare professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Details:

  • Location: Seattle, WA (with potential travel to Issaquah and Edmonds locations)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (3 months) to start

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5x9-hour shifts)

  • Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per pay period (biweekly)

  • Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a Patient Services Specialist or similar role

  • Floating: May be required to float between 4 clinic locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

  • Schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations

  • Support a team of over 30 providers and 125 caregivers

  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality standards

Work Environment:

  • Facility Type: Gastroenterology Clinic

  • Dress Code: Any basic color scrubs

  • Parking: Free parking available at all locations

  • Work Setting: On-site only (not a remote position)
