Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries
- Reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger
- Handle new hire processing and maintain employee files
- Prepare quarterly payroll tax filings
- Assist with benefits administration and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred
- At least two years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll processing systems, such as Workday or UKG
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to deal with confidential information discreetly
- Temporary for at least 10 months
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT
- Remote flexibility
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
