Contract/Temp to Hire
$33.00 - $37.00 per Hour
- Process payroll for employees on a regular schedule, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to maintain accurate employee records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and reporting.
- At least three years of previous payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in Viewpoint software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Temporary to hire
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Fully onsite in Seattle, WA
