Main Responsibilities:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll and payroll taxes for about three hundred employees
- Auditing time cards and fixing errors when needed
- Reconciling benefits and employee accounts
- Coordinating with the HR team and responding to employee inquiries
- Posting payroll-related journal entries
- Additional tasks as needed
- At least four years of payroll processing experience
- Previous experience with UKG system is preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work discretely with confidential information
- Able to function with limited training or instruction
- Temporary position for three months
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule in the south Seattle, WA office
Pay Details: $34.00 to $38.00 per hour
