Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site/2 remote after training)
Salary: $75,000-$105,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH is partnering with a respected Seattle law firm to find a skilled Probate Paralegal who’s ready to take ownership of complex estate matters from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys client interaction, and wants to build long-term expertise in probate and estate administration.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with Washington’s local rules and deadlines
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through form completion and case updates
- Draft petitions, motions, and court orders related to probate and estate matters
- Conduct legal research and support attorney strategy development
- Maintain case files (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and external vendors
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of probate experience, ideally in Washington State
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred
- Solid understanding of court procedures and estate planning processes
- Comfortable using legal software and the Microsoft Office Suite
