Job Title: Probate Paralegal
Location: Seattle, WA (90 days on-site then hybrid 2 days WFH)
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 (DOE)


LHH is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in probate and estate administration. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of probate procedures and Washington State laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft petitions, motions, and orders related to probate matters
  • Draft tax returns
  • Prepare and file court documents in compliance with local rules and deadlines
  • Maintain and organize probate case files (physical and electronic)
  • Assist clients with form completion, provide case updates, and communicate with sensitivity
  • Conduct legal research to support attorney strategies
  • Liaise with court personnel, clients, and related professionals
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of probate experience in Washington State
  • Strong understanding of probate law and court procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Empathetic approach to client communication during sensitive situations
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
