LHH is partnering with a construction company to identify a temporary Project Analyst for their team. This individual will be reconciling accounts, setting up projects, verifying contracts, and coordinating across teams. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of accounting, finance, or project coordinating experience. Since you will be communicating with internal and external customers, professional communication skills are highly desired. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and a long-term contract timeline.
Responsibilities:
    • Verify project contract and change order setups within the ERP system.
    • Serve as a resource for project setup inquiries.
    • Implement and maintain compliance programs, revising them as necessary to meet organizational needs.
    • Compile and analyze internal and external information for compliance purposes.
    • Coordinate and track compliance documentation across departments.
    • Conduct monthly analytics and reconciliations to support validation accuracy.
    • Manage project close-out processes within the ERP system.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Effectively review supporting documentation for projects, including construction contracts.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in project compliance principles and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
    • At least one year of project support experience preferred.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
    • Knowledge of automated accounting and construction management software preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
    • Ability to understand the broader team goals and recognize the work scope within them.
    • Eagerness to learn and take on additional duties.

    • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM


Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
