Location: Seattle, WA
Type: Temporary (3-6 months)
Pay Range: $20–$25/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide a welcoming presence in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a polished demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Manage the office calendar and conference room bookings.
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
