💰 Pay Range: $20 - $26/hr
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the face of our Seattle office. You’ll greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
1+ year of receptionist or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
