Job Title: Receptionist

About the Role:
We're looking for a personable, front-facing Receptionist to create a warm and welcoming experience for all office guests, clients, and staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for keeping an office humming behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival
Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
Maintain lobby and conference room cleanliness and organization
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
Support basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service or front desk experience
Professional demeanor and communication
Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
