Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Job Type: 6 Month Contract
Location: Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite Weekly
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Hours Available)
Start Date: As Early as Next Week
Interview Process: One-Hour Video Interview with Two Recruiters and Hiring Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, providing administrative support, coordinating interviews, and enhancing the candidate’s experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives in a collaborative environment and comes with previous HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
Manage the recruitment inbox, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate phone screens, video interviews, and onsite meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication:
Serve as a point of contact, providing timely updates and answering inquiries throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience:
Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all candidates.
- Reporting & Metrics:
Track recruitment activities and generate regular reports to support hiring goals.
- Sourcing Assistance:
Support recruiters with resume screening and initial outreach to potential candidates.
- Onboarding Support:
Assist in onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Must Have)
- Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws
- Collaborative team player with a customer-service orientation
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
