Job Title: Office Manager Support
Location Seattle, WA
LHH is actively interviewing candidates to provide support to our clients current office manager. This candidate must have prior experience as an office manager or five years of experience within an office setting. Candidates must also be familiar with Microsoft Office and have the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager, or administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Pay Details: $25.83 to $27.73 per hour
