Legal Assistant

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 remote)
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000 annually (DOE)
LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a team of three attorneys. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of dedicated litigation experience specifically within King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct legal administrative support to three litigation attorneys
- Manage and coordinate high volumes of state and local court filings on a weekly basis
- Draft, proofread, format, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Maintain attorney calendars, track court deadlines, and schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings
- File documents electronically in King, Pierce, and Snohomish County courts, ensuring compliance with local rules and formatting standards
- Coordinate with clients, court clerks, opposing counsel, and internal staff as needed
- Organize and maintain case files, both electronically and in hard copy
- Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing notebooks
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- 7+ years of litigation-specific legal assistant experience in WA state
- Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Expertise in Washington State court rules and e-filing procedures
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management/document systems
- Familiarity with local legal procedures and deadlines for both civil and superior courts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote per week
- Collaborative and supportive legal team
- Centrally located office in downtown Seattle
- $500 deductible 90/10 plan
- HSA firm contributes 1500/year
- 401K immediately 3% and safe harbor right away no waiting period
- Matches up to 4% on 401K
- 3.5% profit sharing
- 2 weeks of PTO, 3 weeks after 5 years accrued immediately and can be used after 90 days
- Reimburse for parking and parking available for the building and they will reimburse for bus or ORCA card for ferry
- Successful completion of a background check.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
