Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay: $26–30/hr
Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, fully onsite

Overview:

Busy recruiting team seeks an onsite TA Coordinator to keep interviews, communication, and candidate tracking moving smoothly during a high-volume hiring season.

Key Duties:

  • Own full-cycle interview scheduling with internal teams and candidates

  • Manage candidate files and tracking within the ATS

  • Draft offer letters and assist with background check coordination

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely updates

  • Post jobs and help track pipeline progress for weekly reports

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, admin, or HR support experience

  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and juggling multiple priorities

  • Polished communication skills and solid attention to detail

  • Professional presence — this role involves frequent in-person candidate interaction

  • Prior experience in staffing or corporate recruiting a plus



Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
