Schedule: M–F, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, fully onsite
Overview:
Busy recruiting team seeks an onsite TA Coordinator to keep interviews, communication, and candidate tracking moving smoothly during a high-volume hiring season.
Key Duties:
Own full-cycle interview scheduling with internal teams and candidates
Manage candidate files and tracking within the ATS
Draft offer letters and assist with background check coordination
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely updates
Post jobs and help track pipeline progress for weekly reports
Qualifications:
1–3 years of recruiting coordination, admin, or HR support experience
Comfortable using ATS platforms and juggling multiple priorities
Polished communication skills and solid attention to detail
Professional presence — this role involves frequent in-person candidate interaction
Prior experience in staffing or corporate recruiting a plus
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
