Attorney Practice Coordinator – Labor & Employment Law


Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite)

LHH is seeking an experienced and highly organized Attorney Practice Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading national labor and employment law firm. This hybrid role supports multiple attorneys and requires strong litigation support experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of complex legal and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate attorney support services with internal teams (Attorney Resource Team, billing, calendaring, office services, etc.)

  • Prepare and submit accurate requests with supporting documentation to internal support teams

  • Verify and track court and agency deadlines; proactively alert attorneys to key dates

  • Create and maintain litigation matters in Virtual Binder

  • Accurately draft and update Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs) using Best Authority

  • Coordinate, finalize, and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies

  • Perform e-filing in state and federal courts in compliance with applicable rules

  • Maintain matter documents in NetDocuments and ensure timely organization and filing

  • Submit New Client Matters (NCMs) in accordance with firm procedures

  • Coordinate transcription of attorney dictations and assemble materials with office services

  • Maintain updated contact lists using Outlook and the firm’s CRM (e.g., InterAction)

  • Track and submit daily activity and project logs

  • May assist with client pre-bill reviews and revisions



Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional legal or law firm environment

  • Strong background supporting litigation practices, especially labor and employment law

  • Advanced knowledge of court procedures, ECF filing systems, and Best Authority

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments)

  • Familiarity with Forte for legal document formatting preferred

  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
