Temporary Paralegal (2 Positions Available)
Location: Preferably Seattle-based (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-month initial engagement with high likelihood of extension
Pay Rate: $35-$45/hr.
Start Date: ASAP

LHH is seeking two experienced paralegals to support separate legal teams within a busy, fast-paced legal department. These are long-term temporary assignments ideal for professionals looking to contribute meaningfully while expanding their skill set in a collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents including subpoenas, discovery responses, and correspondence

  • Support civil litigation and/or labor & employment legal matters (no personal injury or family law)

  • Conduct data entry and maintain organized and accurate records

  • Assist with high-volume caseloads while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

  • Learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and practice areas as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Prior experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, or labor & employment law is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Proficiency with legal documentation and familiarity with discovery processes

  • Willingness to commit to a long-term temporary engagement
