LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator to join a manufacturing client of ours in Sewickley, PA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing both accounts payable and receivable. This role will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, credit memos, and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processing of all invoices and payments in the accounts payable function.

  • Oversee the accounts receivable process, including the timely and accurate billing and collection of all funds.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable.

  • Coordinate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing errors and disputes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of accounts payable and receivable operations.

  • Assist in the preparation of audits related to accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
