Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sheboygan, WI
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Sheboygan, WI. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling high call volumes, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
Resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, billing, or general inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with every customer interaction
Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards
Requirements:
Experience working in a high call volume environment (call center or similar setting preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer support software (CRM experience a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or similar daytime hours
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
