Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sheboygan, WI
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Sheboygan, WI. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling high call volumes, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, product information, billing, or general inquiries

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude with every customer interaction

  • Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a high call volume environment (call center or similar setting preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer support software (CRM experience a plus)

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or similar daytime hours



Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
