Position Overview:

As a Payroll Accountant, you will play a key role in processing payroll and financial operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement in payroll and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Prepare weekly payroll using Paylocity, including tracking employee reimbursements.
• Data Entry: Enter payroll transactions into Sage CRE accounting software.
• Reconciliation: Resolve payroll discrepancies between Paylocity and Sage.
• Process Improvement: Communicate payroll procedures and recommend process improvements.
