Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: South Amboy, NJ

Type of Employment: Temp to Perm

In Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office

Hourly Rate: $30/hr

Job Summary:

LHH is working with an educational organization that is looking to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3 to 6 months. The hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM and will be hybrid 2 days a week in the office. The qualified candidate must have at least 2 – 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience and MUST have Workday HRIS/ATS experience.

Responsibilities:

· Full cycle recruitment for education related roles within an early educational organization such as teachers, teacher assistants, food service, building staff, etc.

· Provide updated reports regarding how many candidates were interviewed for each open requisition and why offers were not given when applicable

· Keep track and report time to fill and percentage of filled roles vs unfilled roles

· Verify credentials during onboarding

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred

· 2 – 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience

· Must have Workday experience

· Bilingual Spanish preferred

· Experience recruiting for the education industry is a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Technologically savvy
