LHH Recruitment Solutions seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's office located in the Hamptons on Long Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, human resources functions, and general office management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, maintain employee records, handle payroll processing, assist with recruitment and training, and manage employee benefits.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, manage office supplies inventory, schedule meetings and appointments, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, arranging Teams/Zoom calls, booking travel, coordinating meetings/events, and submitting expense reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office inquiries, manage correspondence, and facilitate communication between staff and senior management.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and team cohesion, support HR with recruiting and onboarding new team members, and provide necessary information and support to ensure successful service completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in office management, accounting, or human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Hours:
  • 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
