Job Title: Corporate Immigration Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Southfield, MI (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

Are you a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with a passion for business immigration law? LHH is helping our Southfield-based corporate law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Paralegal to support our fast-growing legal team. This is a hybrid role offering a flexible schedule, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, file, and manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, I-140, and Adjustment of Status applications.
Draft and review immigration forms, client letters, and support documentation for corporate clients.
Conduct legal research on current immigration regulations and changes in U.S. immigration law.
Maintain and track case progress via case management software.
Liaise with clients, government agencies (USCIS, DOL, DOS), and attorneys to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications.
Assist with compliance audits (I-9, Public Access Files) and internal immigration policy development.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of corporate/business immigration experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of USCIS, DOL, and consular processing procedures.
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., INSZoom, Tracker, LawLogix) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
