We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial professional to support our client's growing organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Support the month-end close process, including maintaining general and sub-ledgers.
Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and analyze financial variances.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Work with data systems to create consistent, secure, and accessible reporting tools.
Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.
Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) for reporting and analysis.
Apply strong business, data, and systems analysis skills to improve financial processes.
Communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry accounting.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus but not required.
Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
