We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial professional to support our client's growing organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Support the month-end close process, including maintaining general and sub-ledgers.

  • Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and analyze financial variances.

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

  • Work with data systems to create consistent, secure, and accessible reporting tools.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions.

  • Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) for reporting and analysis.

  • Apply strong business, data, and systems analysis skills to improve financial processes.

  • Communicate insights effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or industry accounting.

  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus but not required.

  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct or similar) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
