Job Description:

LHH is looking for a full-time Admin Assistant to join our client-growing company in Spokane Valley, WA. This role is a direct hire position, that will be fully onsite at our client’s location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and update agendas for team members.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring information is stored securely but accessible when needed.

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and professionally.

  • Maintain contact lists and manage email and correspondence traffic.

  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for staff and executives.

  • Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events, including arranging refreshments and necessary equipment.

  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them accordingly.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Compensation: $22-$28 DOE
