Receptionist
Customer Service & Support
Receptionist – Full-Time Position (Contract to Hire)
A professional and organized individual is sought to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office functions. This position is fully onsite and in Spring Hope, NC.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Typical hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience
- Competency in handling mail, email, data entry, and basic math
- Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners)
- Experience with file maintenance and business/accounting software
- Exposure to job cost and construction environments preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Support timecard entry processes
- Assist with purchasing and receiving accurate data entry
- Maintain and organize job folders and electronic files
- Distribute electronic mail and faxes
- Code and enter deposits for accounts receivable
- Assist accounts payable with system setup and mailing
- Manage credit card receipts, enter job cost data, and organize documentation
Compensation & Benefits (with conversion to perm.)
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour for candidates meeting minimum qualifications
- $20.00/hour for candidates with full qualifications and experience
- Includes a 90-day evaluation period
- Benefits after evaluation period: paid time off, health, dental, vision, medical bridge coverage, and 401(k) plan
