LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our client in Springfield, OR. This full-time direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.
The Intake Coordinator will be responsible to conducting initial phone consultations with potential clients to gather information, providing support to attorneys, facilitating the intake process, and helping evaluate potential cases. This would be a great opportunity for a detail-oriented applicant with exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct initial phone interviews with potential clients to gather information
· Ensure accurate documentation
· Assist the legal team to evaluate potential cases
· Support attorneys by conducting research as needed
· Schedule appointments
· Distribute and assist clients with intake forms and documents
· Record detailed notes
· Act as backup for receptionist for lunches and breaks
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a legal setting or customer service role required
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Detail-oriented
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
· Team player
