Our client at LHH is searching for a Quality Manager to join their team near the Springfield, OH area. If you have a strong foundation in Quality roles and have leadership experience, this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures

• Lead and manage quality control teams to ensure product and process compliance

• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality roles

• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and Continuous Improvement projects

• ISO 9001, TS 16949 proficiency

• Multi-shift leadership experience

• Metalworking, Metal Stamping, CNC, and/or metal spinning experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
