Job Summary: The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. This role involves managing the accounting team and ensuring accurate financial statements and effective financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and present financial statements and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.


  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor performance, and recommend cost-control measures.


  • Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.


  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.


  • Supervise accounting staff and oversee daily operations.


  • Identify and implement process improvements.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).


  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.


  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.


  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
