Job Summary: The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. This role involves managing the accounting team and ensuring accurate financial statements and effective financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present financial statements and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor performance, and recommend cost-control measures.
Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
Supervise accounting staff and oversee daily operations.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
