Job Posting: Administrative Support – Human Resources

Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
Contract Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Local candidates only


Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to provide administrative support in various functional areas of Human Resources. This role involves data entry, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with training processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal HR laws.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine transactions and correspondence based on customer requests.

  • Process forms related to HR activities.

  • Act as a communication liaison, sharing departmental issues and potential enhancements with Senior HR Leadership.

  • Assess customer needs and suggest options for inquiry resolution while navigating multiple systems.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Understand and take responsibility for personal performance objectives.

  • Build strong relationships with Factory HR and HR Operations teams.

  • Maintain the integrity of employee records, including Form I-9 verifications.

  • Conduct New Hire Orientations as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in customer service.

  • 1+ years in Human Resources preferred.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in HR systems.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Attention to detail and collaborative spirit.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
