- Health/Dental/Vision/HSA/FSA/LTD/PTO etc.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring new employees are welcomed effectively.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations for candidates as needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion, providing guidance to employees and management as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support performance management processes through performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development plans.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and provide training to employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
