Job Title: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Compensation will vary upon experience:
- Entry Level: $45,000 - $55,000 annual
- Mid-Level: $60,000 - $75,000 annual
- Senior-Level: Senior $80,000 - $95,000 annual (flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, manage HR databases, and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, administration, and employee inquiries.
- Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
