Job Posting: HR Services Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite Mon-Thurs, Work from Home Fridays)

Type: 6-Month Contract

Pay: $20hr to $22hr depending on experience level

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide essential administrative support across various functions of our Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for meticulous data entry, maintaining employee records, and facilitating HR processes with a keen focus on accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and process various forms related to HR activities such as employment documentation, enrollments, and payroll changes.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to federal laws governing HR and payroll practices.

  • Act as a communication liaison between HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and other teams to address inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Assist in maintaining employee records, including Form I-9 verifications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Conduct New Hire Orientations as required and contribute to enhancing HR practices and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Factory HR and HR Operations teams to streamline processes and expedite HR transactions.

  • Share departmental feedback and insights with Senior HR Leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Foster a learning environment by documenting knowledge and contributing to team effectiveness through feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform highly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with accuracy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
