Title: Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $16.00 to $24.00 per/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine inspections of facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery, to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and issues, utilizing specialized tools and techniques to restore functionality in a timely manner.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs, maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns, providing effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to coordinate efforts, share knowledge, and support overall facility operations.
  • Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts, ensuring availability and proper storage of materials.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including assisting with facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role, with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices is helpful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
Working Conditions:
  • This role may require working in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments, and may involve occasional evening or weekend shifts based on facility needs.


Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour
