Title: Recruiter
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: St. Louis, MO (HYBRID - 3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to high-volume manufacturing roles, including machine operators, assemblers, and skilled labor.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards, company website, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, employee referrals, social media, direct outreach, and recruitment agencies to identify top talent.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and team dynamics.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Track recruiting metrics, provide regular reports on hiring progress, and identify trends or areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and an overall professional, engaging process.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of machine operator, production, and assembly job functions.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and other recruitment tools.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with specialized machine operator roles or technical manufacturing positions.
- Familiarity with workforce development programs or vocational training systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities would be helpful, but not required
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
