LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter in St. Louis, MO. Ideal candidates will have experience staffing niche roles and forecasting needs.
Title: Recruiter
Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: HYBRID (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $65,000 - $73,000 annual and 5% bonus (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:
Strategically publish job advertisements across both internal and external platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Engage in recruiting events and establish connections with pertinent educational institutions and training programs.
Continuously monitor the volume of resumes received to assess the need for job posting sponsorship.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate listing of all open positions to ensure effective tracking and management of recruitment activities
Partner with Human Resource team, Department Managers and National offices
Issues contingent employment offers to selected candidates.
Identify and source resumes, thoroughly screen applications, and evaluate candidates to pinpoint those with the best fit and highest potential for open positions
Conduct preliminary screenings of applicants through phone and face-to-face interviews.
Provides informed recommendations to hiring managers and coordinates the scheduling of applicant interviews, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Exhibits outstanding interpersonal abilities and adept negotiation tactics.
Skilled in creating and executing sourcing strategies for diverse recruitment needs.
Proactive and capable of working independently, taking initiative as needed.
Possesses excellent time management abilities, consistently meeting deadlines with proven reliability.
Highly skilled in or able to rapidly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year
