• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for our culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote our company and attract talent.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
