Job Title: Recruiter (Remote - Candidates MUST be Local to St. Louis, MO)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in both recruitment and business development efforts.

Title: Recruiter
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: Remote - Candidates MUST be local to St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Flexible - Standard hours of operation

Compensation:
  • $50,000 base with commission structure - Flexible upon experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques.
    • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct on-site client visits to understand their staffing requirements and present our services.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Local to the St. Louis, MO area for on-site client visits.
