We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in both recruitment and business development efforts.
Title: Recruiter
Type: Direct Hire/Permanent
Location: Remote - Candidates MUST be local to St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Flexible - Standard hours of operation
Compensation:
- $50,000 base with commission structure - Flexible upon experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct on-site client visits to understand their staffing requirements and present our services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Local to the St. Louis, MO area for on-site client visits.
