Location: St. Louis, MO (Remote with On-Site Client Visits)
Schedule: Flexible; Standard hours of operation
Compensation:
$50,000 base with commission structure - Flexible upon experience
Job Description: As a Salesperson at LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to businesses in various industries. The first year will primarily involve building business and establishing strong client relationships. We are a leading staffing company dedicated to connecting top talent with premier employers. Our services are designed to meet the diverse needs of businesses, from temporary staffing to permanent placements. We are seeking an ambitious and driven Salesperson to join our team and focus on selling our staffing services. This is a remote role, but candidates must be local to the St. Louis, MO area for occasional on-site client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients within the St. Louis, MO area.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a robust client base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales:
Present and sell our staffing services to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Client Visits:
Conduct on-site visits to clients as needed to understand their staffing requirements and present our services.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
Strong business development and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Local to the St. Louis, MO area for on-site client visits.
