LHH is currently conducting a Direct Hire search for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer in St. Louis, MO. This role is central to the development and support of our clients internal systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms. You’ll work in a collaborative environment to build and maintain tools that support business operations and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Support the mission and service standards of the IT department.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand goals and provide updates on progress.
- Develop and enhance CRM systems and related applications.
- Customize and maintain order entry interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Implement robust security measures, including encryption and access control.
- 5+ years of experience with .NET (C# preferred).
- Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and configuration.
- Experience with Power Platform Portals or similar content management systems.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and version control systems like Git.
- Skilled in writing unit tests and documenting technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Understanding of CRM-related business processes such as sales, marketing, and service.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
