LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth office operations and providing professional support to management and staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain digital and paper filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
Coordinate office supplies and place orders as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform data entry and manage databases
Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience working in fast-paced office environments is a plus
Hours:
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
