Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant

Location: Stamford, CT

Hourly Rate: $30-40, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, onsite)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct Executive Assistant experience.

  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating both international and domestic travel.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Temporary Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Handle both international and domestic travel scheduling and coordination, ensuring all travel plans are seamless and efficient.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and meeting materials.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct Executive Assistant experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating international and domestic travel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
