HR Generalist

LHH is looking for a temporary HR Generalist for our client, a Consumer Products company here in Stamford, CT. This person should have experience with multiple functions of Human Resources and be comfortable working 100% on-site, in person. The HR Generalist will be part of a three person HR Team and support an employee population of 300 people. This Temp to Perm position will compensate between $30-40/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Recruiting for all levels of positions

• Employee Relations

• HRIS/Payroll Support: make updates and changes

• Benefits: Assist with Open Enrollment

• Employee Relations

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a HR position

• Experience using an ATS/HRIS system

• Experience recruiting/screening candidates and assisting with onboarding
