Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join the team. This is a fully on-site role with no definitive end date, offering stability and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries

• Prepare financial reports and assist with audits

• Support payroll processing and tax filings

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks (or similar software)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
